Grandma Visits Sunday Rose Kidman

Little Sunday Rose Kidman is getting lots of love from her grandmother, Janelle, and her auntie, Antonia, both of whom traveled from Sydney, Australia, for her arrival.

"The birth of Nicole and Keith's daughter is such wonderful news and a beautiful addition to our family," Nicole's sister, Antonia Kidman, tells PEOPLE. "We're all absolutely thrilled with the new arrival."

Nicole and Keith's baby girl was born Monday morning in Nashville and weighed 6 lbs., 7.5 oz. The pregnancy was first announced in January. Kidman has two other children with her former husband Tom Cruise: Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13.

Happy daddy, Keith Urban, released a statement on his Web site:

"Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today."

The Meaning Behing Little Levi McConuaghey's Name

Proud daddy Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves have named their new little boy, Levi Alves McConaughey.

McConaughey explained the meaning behind their choice of the baby name, saying

“Levi was another name for the apostle Matthew in The Bible. They were, in fact, two names for the same person.

Our son was born at 6:22 pm, and this particular time represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in The Bible: ‘If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.’”

And an official announcement from the happy mommy and daddy,

“We welcome Levi Alves McConaughey into this wonderful life and look forward to living in it with him. In the mean time and all times, just keep livin’.

Angelina's Doctor Gives Update On Mom and Babies

Angelina Jolie's obstetrician gave a brief update on mom and the babies today. According to Dr. Michel Sussmann, all is well and the babies will arrive "in the weeks to come." Jolie, 33, arrived at the hospital on Sunday by helicopter and has a suite of rooms reserved for her and her partner Brad Pitt, which have been sealed off by bodyguards.

"What she needs now is simple surveillance by monitoring to ensure the good health of her babies in the weeks to come," Dr Sussmann told reporters at the Lenval hospital in the southern French city of Nice.

Daddy Brad Pitt brought daughters Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 to the hospital earlier today to visit with Angelina.

So I guess the Jolie-Pitt babies watch will be ongoing for a while still...

It's a Boy For Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz

Looks like Ashlee and hubby Pete Wentz are expecting a baby boy! Hollywood has welcomed a lot of baby girls lately, so a baby boy is nice to hear about!

A rep for the trendy baby boutique Petit Tresor revealed to the celebrity gossip site, Celebrity TV.com that "almost everything" on the rocker couple's baby registry is blue. "They made it very clear that they were having a boy." And on June 30, the mommy and daddy to be bought a few T-shirts and bibs from Plain Mary with the words, “Hunk,” “Loved” and “Yummy” emblazoned on the front. The shirts retail for $28 and the bibs for $18.

And what ideas do Ashlee and Pete have in mind for their baby's nursery? According to the rep for Petit Tresor, Simpson and Wentz will visit the baby boutique next week to discuss the nursery.

Brooke Shields and Her New Children's Book

Brooke Shields had a book signing for her new book, Welcome To Your World, Baby, at Barnes and Noble in NYC’s TriBeca neighborhood.

Welcome To Your World, Baby is written through the eyes of Shield's five-year-old daughter Rowan and is based on how excited she was about the birth of her baby sister Grier, now two years old.

“I had been recording things my daughter had said since the day I found out I was pregnant,” Brooke explains. “So it’s all said through her eyes and all from things that she really did say at one time, so basically she wrote the book.”

Tori Spelling's Baby Stella is a Cover Girl!

Tori Spelling's new baby girl is featured on the cover of OK! Magazine and she is simply adorable!

Tori gave birth to Stella June 9th--and already her baby girl is a cover girl. Doesn't she look like a sweet little doll?

The magazine has some great shots of daddy Dean McDermott, and Stella's big brother, Liam.

Tori's interview in the magazine reveals how the actress felt about her surprise pregnancy with Stella:

"She's a miracle," says the actress. "I was on one pill and wasn't feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later the doctor put me on another, and on that one day we conceived. It was meant to be!"

And are there any more babies in Tori and Dean's future?

"We like making babies. I always said I'd be happy having one of each ... but I wouldn't mind having three."

Dean shares his thoughts on the subject of babies too --

"Three seems to be the magic number, but you never know with us because we're so wacky and in love and can't keep our hands off each other. We may have a full hockey team."

Casey, Jamie Lynn and Baby Maddie Go Home

Jamie Lynn Spears, her fiance Casey Aldridge, and their new baby daughter Maddie Briann are settling in at their new home today in Liberty, Mississippi.

The family left the hospital early Saturday morning. According to US Magazine, Jamie Lynn and Casey Aldridge left in their white Range Rover at 1:40 a.m. Saturday morning. Jamie was in the back seat surrounded by a white sheet, while Casey drove his new family home. The couple received a police escort.

And a source close to new parents Jamie and Casey has revealed that 3 day old Maddie Briann has a full head of hair and daddy Casey's toes.

Maddie's aunt Britney Spears is also back home today after spending time with her family welcoming it's newest little addition.

Charlotte Church Expecting Baby Number Two

Charlotte Church has announced on her website that she and boyfriend Gavin Hensen are expecting another baby.
Church gave birth to a daughter, Ruby, in September last year, and recently took part in a campaign to encourage mothers to breast-feed.
The new baby is due in November.
Mommyhood seems to really agree with Church. Somewhat like Nicole Ritchie, Church has left the partying and nightclubbing scenes and has embraced being a mommy.

Is Gwyneth pregnant? Rumors are swirling today after this picture of Paltrow was taken last night. Gwyneth, 35, and husband Chris Martin from the band Coldplay already have two children Apple, 4, and Moses, 2. Well, we know Gwyneth has said she that she could do the pregnant baby belly once more as she told Harper's Bazaar,

"I may force myself to do it one more time,” she admits today, “because the result is so worth it. And also my dad said to me that his only regret in life was that he had only two children and he didn’t have more.

Looks like the beginnings of a baby belly to me, but I guess we'll have to wait to know for sure.

"Date Night" is Important for mommy Nicole Ritchie

Good advice for all parents coming from Nicole Ritchie and Joel Madden : Go out on date nights!

The superstar couple, mommy and daddy to the adorable baby Harlow, make it a point to get out once a week by themselves.

"We go out like once a week," Joel Madden told PEOPLE at the opening of SugarFish sushi restaurant in Marina del Rey on Monday night. "We take a night to ourselves once a week."

The couple also trade off baby duties.

"I'll stay home with the baby one night and then she'll do the same – we do that a lot," says Madden.

Tori Has Her Girl!

Tori Spelling is a happy mommy to a beautiful baby girl, named Stella Doreen McDermott. Little Stella was born via C-Section at Cedars-Sinai Hospital Monday afternoon.

The couple also have a 1-year-old son, Liam Aaron. McDermott, 41, has a son, Jack, 9, from a previous marriage.

Spelling, 35, revealed she was expecting a girl in March. The Beverly Hills 90210 star says she "always wanted a little girl, since I'm such a girlie girl."

When Tori found out at a prenatal ultrasound that she was having a little girl, she "immediately started crying," she told People Magazine.

"Because my mother and I have always had a complicated relationship, I always wanted a girl to prove that the past doesn't have to repeat itself," she told PEOPLE. "I can't wait to be a great mom and friend to her."

Spelling is set to take on a recurring role on The CW's 90210 as Donna Martin, the same character she played on her dad Aaron Spelling's hit TV show Beverly Hills, 90201. She's currently filming the third season of her reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, premiering on Oxygen on June 17.

The Nursery Is Ready For The Brangelia Twins!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are ready for their new twins! The new nursery in their LA home is fit for two little princesses, right down to the toys.

Petit Tresor apparently was chosen as the supplier of all things baby for the Brangelina nursery, which reportedly cost about $140,000 to outfit. According to Rush and Malloy, there are organza bassinets ($800), Versailles-style cribs ($3,200) with matching changing tables ($2,800), armoires ($4,500) and silk gliders. Two pink crystal chandeliers for the baby girls were purchased at cost of $899 each.

And the toys are ready too--- mom and dad made sure to get the requisite cashmere baby toys!

Tori Spelling About to Deliver Baby Girl

Baby time is in full swing these days.

First we heard about the arrival of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's baby girl over the weekend at Cedars -Sinai Hospital, and now we hear that actress Tori Spelling is also at Cedars Sinai, ready to deliver her baby girl via c-section later today.

Celebrity Baby Blog has revealed that Spelling and her hubby Dean McDermott are expecting to meet their new daughter this evening with a C-section for Tori scheduled around 6pm EST.

Jessica Alba's Baby Girl Is Here!

Us Weekly is reporting that Jessica Alba did indeed deliver a baby daughter this weekend.

She was born this weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Alba's father was overheard saying "she's beautiful." Warren -- in a T-shirt, jeans and baseball cap -- was spotted carrying food into the maternity ward Sunday.

Alba's rep has not commented yet on the birth of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's little girl.

Larry Birkhead Moving To Kentucky With Dannielynn

Larry Birkhead has bought a new home in Kentucky for himself and 21 month old daughter, Dannielynn.

The house has six bedrooms, is 10,000 square feet, and has a backyard for Dannielynn that their current Los Angeles home does not have.

Birkhead says he hopes for Dannielynn to have her own little friends to run around and play with, which makes Kentucky "even more appealing."

Sounds like a Birkhead wants a normal life for little Dannielynn--and that sounds like a great dad to me.

The Los Angeles house where he and Dannielynn currently live holds many memories of Dannielynn's mother, Anna Nicole Smith, and half-brother Daniel, who both died from drug-related complications.

"At first, I couldn't imagine parting with it," says Birkhead. "Then I realized I was probably holding on to it for the wrong reasons, thinking to myself that would ease the pain of losing Anna and Daniel. I have always thought that it would be great for Dannielynn to grow up in her mother's home; however, there is no yard as it is over a canyon."

Can you imagine a cuter daddy than "Dr. McDreamy" handing out baby advice?

The sexy doctor/daddy from Grey's Anatomy talked baby talk with his co-star, Michelle Monaghn from "Made of Honor." Monaghan,32, is expecting her first baby with hubby Peter White, a graphic designer, this Fall.

His words of baby wisdom to Monaghn?

"I told Michelle she may not see it now, but her life will change profoundly after she delivers the baby," he recounts. "I told her being a parent is a feeling that she will not understand until she actually has the child."

Dr. McDreamy is well certified to give out baby advice--he and wife Jillian have 18-month-old twin sons, Darby and Sullivan, and a 6-year-old daughter, Talula.

And when not busy with Grey's Anatomy, Patrick Dempsey is racing cars.

"Jillian always tells me to be careful when I leave the house for a race," says Dempsey, who is competing for the first time at Watkins Glen International. "It is hard to leave the family on weekends because I love spending time with the kids, but I also love to race. I count the days until they can come with me, and we can all be here together."

Jodie Sweetin Talks About Motherhood

The former child star of Full House, Jodie Sweetin, talked with People.com about her new baby and motherhood.

Sweetin gave birth 7 weeks ago to her baby girl, Zoie. And the new mom describes the overwhelming feelings that came along with giving birth:

"You look at your baby and think, 'Wow, I did that.' It's really amazing.
I'm still like, 'Oh, wow, I'm a mom.' It's the most overwhelming,
exciting thing I've ever done."

But Sweetin, now 26, was not so blissfully happy just a few short years ago. At 22, the young actress turned college student, became addicted to the drug, crystal meth.

At the time, Sweetin was also married to LAPD police officer, Shaun Holguin. Sweetin managed to keep her drug addiction a secret from her husband, until 2005 when she was hospitalized after a night of too much partying.

Then life got better for Jodie. Successfully completing her rehab, Jodie became single again when she and Holguin divorced. In 2007, she met Cody Herpin, and the two had a whirlwind romance resulting in their marriage in two months after they first met.

Now with baby Zoie in their lives, Sweetin says, "It was a Blessing", referring to her pregnancy.

Baby Watch Time For Jessica Alba

Mommy-to-be Jessica Alba enjoyed a baby shopping spree Thursday afternoon at the baby store, Bel Bambini, where she is registered.

According to a source from the shopping trip, Alba was happy and relaxed, saying "she was due any minute."

Among the sweet baby stuff the actress bought were Born Free baby bottles, a Boppy breastfeeding pillow, a Tiny Love mobile, Sage Creek organic crib sheets and organic baby clothing from Kicky Pants and Pixie Lily.

And as we know Jessica will be having a little girl, and just like every mommy of a baby girl, she also bought some of those adorable head bands and hair clips!

Melissa Joan Hart Talks About Potty Taining Her Two Year Old

Aw...Melissa looks like one very happy mommy! Melissa is going through the fun mommy challenge of potty training her little boy, and she shard her thoughts about the process with People.

"I've been watching DVDs ... and meeting with experts and trying to figure out the potty training, but it really is different for every single kid,.... You have to take what works for you and leave the rest behind."

Apparently little two year old Mason enjoys celebrating his potty training accomplishments in the form of candy, stickers and Hot Wheels.

And how does Mason feel about his new little brother, Braydon Hart Wilkerson who was born in March? Hart says,

"Mason has been great – every time
he sees the baby he's always
like 'Baby's so cute,' and has all these sweet things to say. He
always wants to hold him and feed him."

Youngest Hanson Brother Now a Daddy!

It seems like the Hanson brothers were all young kids singing in their on band just yesterday, doesn't it?

But all three Hanson brothers are grown up, even the youngest of the trio, Zac.

Zac Hanson just became a dad for the first time. Zac and his wife, Kate welcomed little John Ira Shepherd Hanson on Tuesday at an undisclosed hospital.
Baby Hanson weighed in at 8 pounds, 4 ounces.

"I am so overjoyed to meet Shepherd," Zac Hanson said in a statement posted on the group's Web site. "There is not an audience or concert that could ever stand up to the feeling of meeting your baby for the first time."

Zac Hanson, 22, and his brothers Isaac, 27, and Taylor, 25, make up Hanson, best known for its 1997 hit "MMMBop."

Little Shepherd will have lots of company growing up...Taylor (the middle brother) and his wife Natalie already have three children- Ezra, 5, Penelope, 3, and River, 20 months, while the oldest Hanson brother Isaac and his wife Nikki have one son, Everett. Isaac and Nikki are expecting their second child, due next month.

Fatherhood For Clay Aiken

The website, TMZ, has reported that Clay Aiken of American Idol Fame, is about to become a daddy!

The mommy-to-be is supposedly Clay's BFF, Jaymes Foster, 50.
Beyond being best friends, Foster and Aiken have a business relationship as well--she is Clay's producer, and she has produced several CD's for the American Idol runner-up.

Jaymes Foster is the sister of record mogul David Foster. Reportedly Foster was artificially inseminated by Aiken and is due in August. Sources say that Clay is planning to be take an active daddy role when the baby is born.

People is confirming that this news is indeed true. Bill Vigars, a Vancouver-based rep for David Foster, told PEOPLE, "It is true Clay is the father. She was artificially inseminated by Clay. She's due in August."

Ashlee and Pete Make The Baby Announcement!

Yea!! It's time to officially begin the Ashlee Simpson-Wentz baby bump watch. The newly married couple have finally admitted what everyone has already guessed--they are expecting a baby, due this fall. Ashlee and Pete explained that they kept the pregnancy uncomfirmed, despite all the speculation and rumor, because they wanted to wait until they were safely done with the first trimester.

Simpson and Wentz made the "announcement" on Wentz's website, friendsorenemies.com.

"This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the
happy news and start our family."

Tori Spelling About Ready To Pop!

I bet Tori is sooo ready to have her little girl in her arms--and she shouldn't have to wait much longer as next week is Tori's due date.

But with the delivery so close, Tori still seems to have plenty of energy! She and hubby, Dean McDermott were out filming scenes for their reality show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood at Cynergy bike store in Santa Monica, CA today. The show is set to premiere June 17th at 10pm on Oxygen.

The McDermotts traded in their country inn Chateau La Rue for the bright lights of Hollywood, balancing the glamorous, red-carpet world of Tinseltown with raising a family and the pressures and pulls that come with it. This season of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" shows Spelling and McDermott as they buy their first house in Los Angeles, celebrate baby Liam's first birthday, publish Spelling's first book -- and get ready for the birth of their second child. The couple created the show and executive produce it along with Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato of World of Wonder Productions.

And Tori is also set to take part in the Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff this Fall. The actress will reprise her role as Donna, and will supposedly be the owner of a hot Beverly Hills shop.

Tori and Dean are also busy being parents to toddler Liam, their 14 month old son!

Adam Sandler, Wife Expecting Bundle Of Joy Number Two

Funny man Adam Sandler, and his wife, Jackie Titone Sandler, 32, are expecting baby number two! Sandler announced the pregnancy on Jay Leno Wednesday. The couple have a two year old daughter, Sadie Madison.

Jackie, who is a little over 3 months pregnant, has dealt with the terrible "All Day" morning sickness, which apparently concerned little Sadie.

Adam tells Jay how he handled Sadie's concerns:

"She's very sick, she's going through a lot. You women know the deal. My wife gets it very bad, she vomits a lot -- morning, afternoon, the whole deal. My little daughter is always looking at her and is nervous to see her mom sick like that. So I had to try to relax [Sadie] and say, 'Mommy's not bad sick. She just has something growing in her that's eventually going to shoot out her vagina and take half your toys!' That relaxed her."

He's a funny guy!

Former American Idol Contestant Bo Bice Shares Baby Name

Bo Bice has announced the baby name he and his wife have chosen for baby number two. Caleb Bice will be welcomed into the Bice family in August, joining big brother 2-year-old Adian Michael.

Bice, who came in second in the 2005 American Idol Season, behind winner Carrie Underwood, revealed the baby name at American Idol season-seven finale Wednesday night.


“We stuck with that with both kids – good Irish and good biblical names … We’re
blessed to have such a beautiful family.”

Bo Bice had some words of advice for David Archuleta as well Wednesday night, who came in second behind winner David Cook, saying making it to the top two would be a life-changing event for both Davids.


"It's such an instant fan base that you get from this show, that it doesn't
matter if you win or lose," Bice said. "What's losing? You just got put in
front of more people than you will ever, ever experience in your life."

Grey's Anatomy Star Adopts Baby Girl

It's a girl for Grey's Anatomy Star, Brooke Smith. Smith plays the outspoke, crass, and now maybe Gay, Dr. Erica Hahn, the head of cardiothoracic surgery at Seattle Grace Hospital.

Brooke Smith and her cinematographer husband, Stephen Lubensky,
have adopted a baby girl from Ethiopia. The couple have a 5 year old daughter, Fanny, as well.

Smith's character on Grey's Anatomy has been involved in a story line that is heating up for what may be a very climatic season finale. The strange yet pretty much undeniable escalating chemistry between Hahn and Dr. Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) led to a kiss between the two in the May 15 episode that probably had a more than a few Grey's viewers stunned.

It's a Girl For Nancy Kerrigan

Olympic skater Nancy Kerrigan and husband Jerry Solomon have a new daughter! The baby girl arrived via c-section Wednesday morning at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, Mass.

Kerrigan, 38, and Solomon, 53, are also parents of sons Matthew, 11, and Brian, 3. Jerry Solomon also has a son, Clay,18, from a previous marriage.

After suffering at least several miscarriages while trying to to conceive her second child, Kerrigan and her husband Jerry Solomon were understandably thrilled to be able to announce her pregnancy back in Jan. 2008. Because of the many miscarriages, Keerigan and Solomon opted to wait to announce the pregnancy news until Nancy was much farther along.

"All went well. Everyone is fine," says the dad, who's been told "there is nothing like the relationship between a dad and a daughter. So it should be fun."

Once home, the new arrival will move into a navy blue nursery, one of four bedrooms in the family's Lynnfield, Mass., home.

The baby girl has not been named yet...mom Nancy told People, "I think that is the hardest job, to pick a name for somebody," says Kerrigan. "We are not very good at that."

One suggestion: "Brian thinks Pooper would be good.

Britney Spears Smiles On a Special Mother's Day

Aw. Look at the mommy smile on Britney's face! That smile can only mean her little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James are nearby. Mother's Day was a good one, it appears, for the doing great Spears. First, the "How I Met Your Mother" special guest star got to spend time with her cutie-patootie boys,not just on Mother's Day, but on Saturday as well, and then continued on to a Mother's Day dinner with her mom, Lynne Spears.

According to Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Britney and Kevin share some "camaraderie" now when it comes to dealing with their sons, but would not comment on whether there was more to Britney and K-Fed's relationship as some tabloids have been hinting at recently.
