Aw...another stork delivery this weekend! Baby Zoie was delivered via C-section Saturday afternoon, and arrived weighing 8 lbs. 7 oz. and is 21 in. long. Mama Jodie and daddy Cody "are absolutely thrilled and in love with baby Zoie," according to a rep for the couple.
Jodie announced her pregnancy back in September, and shared the news that the baby was a girl in January.
